This role drives technical standards, design governance, and cross-functional coordination across multiple programs. Key Responsibilities ● Lead large-scale and highly complex infrastructure design initiatives across multiple data halls or regions. ● Define and enforce engineering standards, design methodologies, and operational best practices. ● Provide technical leadership for major infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects. ● Mentor senior engineers and lead technical knowledge-sharing initiatives. ● Review and approve critical infrastructure designs and engineering decisions. ● Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data center design processes and technologies. ● Partner with leadership teams on capacity planning, strategic roadmap development, and operational planning. ● Manage high-priority escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting support. ● Support vendor evaluations, technical reviews, and architecture governance processes.
