You aren't just writing a policy; you are building a living ecosystem of Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM). You will lead the "Shift-Left" movement, ensuring governance is baked into the development lifecycle from day one. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the DotCoAI Governance Maturity Model, moving the organization from manual checklists to automated TRACE-RAI evidence gathering. AI Asset Registry: Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all AI models, third-party LLMs, and "Shadow AI" across the enterprise. Executive Reporting: Transform complex risk metrics into high-level dashboards for the Board of Directors and Regulatory bodies. Cross-Functional Leadership: Chair the AI Ethics Committee and act as the final arbiter for high-risk model deployments. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in GRC, IT Audit, or Enterprise Risk; 3+ years leading AI-specific governance initiatives. Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss model drift, hyperparameter tuning, and data lineage with engineering teams. Education: Master’s degree in Law, Business (MBA), or Computer Science.
