ABOUT THE COMPANY

Innovation Star Consultants LLC is a Dubai-based consultancy specializing in AML/CFT/TFS, Financial Services, Corporate Services, and Accounting.

As part of our technology expansion, we are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance our proprietary software applications, AI-powered platforms, and business automation solutions.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end software development, including backend and frontend programming, AI integration, database management, API development, system integration, deployment, and maintenance.

Strong proficiency in Python is mandatory . Knowledge of additional programming languages, AI frameworks, and modern software development technologies is a significant advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and software platforms.
• Develop backend systems, APIs, databases, and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI automation technologies.
• Integrate AI platforms such as but not limited to OpenAI, ChatGPT API, Claude, Gemini, and other AI models.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, intelligent document processing, and automated data extraction solutions.
• Implement RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Develop applications using, but not limited to, Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Develop frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Manage database development and integration using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Manage software deployment, hosting, maintenance, security, and performance optimization.
• Develop proprietary internal software tools and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant software development or full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong and demonstrable proficiency in Python .
• Experience in backend development, frontend development, and API integration.
• Practical experience developing AI-powered applications and integrating LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of databases, system architecture, and software security.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and software deployment.
• Ability to independently develop applications from concept to implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS (ADVANTAGE)

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following technologies will be highly preferred:

Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, PHP, C#, C++, Go, SQL.

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.

Backend: Django, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Express.js, Laravel.

AI & Machine Learning: OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, RAG, AI Agents, and Workflow Automation.

Databases & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Linux, Git/GitHub.

Experience with other programming languages, AI technologies, frameworks, and emerging development tools is also an advantage.
