You will leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical techniques to solve complex business challenges while leading and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead data science and AI initiatives that transform data into actionable insights. Guide teams in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions . Apply statistical modeling and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems. Design and implement data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale data processing. Oversee the development of data visualizations and analytics dashboards for stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, execution, and delivery . Coach and develop team members to strengthen their data science and analytics capabilities . Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data and AI for business growth . Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in data engineering and analytics. Ensure data quality, compliance, reliability, and integrity across analytics frameworks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence . What You Must Have Bachelor's degree or higher. 7–11 years of relevant professional experience . Strong oral and written English communication skills . Strong full-stack or backend development experience, including: Python Angular or React RESTful APIs Microservices SQL / NoSQL databases Software testing Software architecture Hands-on experience developing AI-integrated applications , including: Large Language Models (LLMs) RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Embeddings Vector databases LangChain LlamaIndex AutoGen Proven cloud and DevOps experience with: AWS, Azure, or GCP Docker Kubernetes CI/CD Git Security Reliability and scalability We’re looking for an experienced technology leader who can combine AI engineering, data science, software development, cloud technologies, and people leadership to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
