Responsibilities Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to enhance predictive capabilities. Design and implement scalable big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and ETL processes for efficient data ingestion and processing. Apply statistical modeling and analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets, supporting research and decision-making initiatives. Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud-based machine learning services on platforms like AWS, ensuring robustness and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing (NLP) solutions and generative AI applications into existing systems. Optimize model performance through rigorous evaluation, tuning, and validation processes, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, workflows, and system architecture for ongoing improvement and compliance. Experience Proven experience in machine learning/AI development with proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C for model training and implementation. Hands-on knowledge of cloud services such as AWS Machine Learning or similar platforms for deploying scalable AI solutions. Strong background in big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark implementation, Talend, and SQL databases for data mining and analytics. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools for research purposes as well as statistical modeling techniques for predictive analysis. Experience working with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, or quantum engineering is a plus. Demonstrated ability to design database schemas, implement data pipelines (ETL), and develop scalable solutions for large datasets.
