AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has experience building production-ready AI systems, working with large language models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI products that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments.
• Develop applications powered by large language models (LLMs) using modern AI frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Develop scalable backend services to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven features.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize AI workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning or generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar).
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI applications in production.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data engineering or ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and model monitoring.
• Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents.
