As an AI Engineer, you will research, prototype, and build next-generation AI-powered products using today's leading AI technologies. You will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), image generation, video generation, speech AI, AI agents, and automation platforms to rapidly transform ideas into working products. Initially, the role will focus on integrating industry-leading AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Runway, Replicate, and other emerging AI technologies. As our AI capabilities mature, the role will gradually expand into model optimization, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and eventually custom AI model development. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, experimenting with AI, solving complex problems, and turning innovative ideas into real-world applications. Key Responsibilities AI Research & Innovation Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their business potential. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, multimodal AI, and automation. Recommend new AI products and features based on market trends. AI Product Development Design and develop AI-powered applications and prototypes. Integrate third-party AI APIs into company’s products. Build conversational AI applications using multiple LLM providers. Develop AI workflows that combine multiple AI services. Examples include: AI Assistants AI Image Generation AI Video Generation AI Voice Applications AI Coding Assistants AI Document Processing AI Search & Knowledge Systems Prompt Engineering Design and optimize prompts for different AI models. Compare outputs across multiple AI providers. Improve quality, consistency, and accuracy of AI-generated responses. Build reusable prompt libraries. AI Agents & Automation Build AI Agents capable of performing multi-step tasks. Develop workflows using MCP Servers, APIs, tools, and external systems. Implement agent orchestration and autonomous workflows. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Develop knowledge-based AI assistants. Build document search systems. Implement vector databases and embeddings. Improve contextual responses using company knowledge. AI Evaluation Evaluate AI model performance. Compare speed, cost, and quality between providers. Recommend the best AI model for specific use cases. Collaboration Work closely with: Product Manager UI/UX Designer Software Engineers Cloud Engineers QA Team to rapidly transform ideas into production-ready products. Required SkillsProgramming Python JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs JSON AI Technologies Experience with one or more: OpenAI Anthropic Claude Google Gemini DeepSeek xAI (Grok) ElevenLabs Replicate Stability AI Hugging Face AI Concepts Understanding of: Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering RAG Embeddings Vector Databases AI Agents Function Calling MCP (preferred but not required) Databases Basic knowledge of: PostgreSQL Supabase Vector Databases Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant (any) Cloud & Deployment Basic familiarity with: Git Docker Linux AWS or GCP CI/CD Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong AI projects and portfolios are encouraged to apply. Internship or capstone projects involving AI are a plus. Contributions to GitHub or open-source AI projects are an advantage.
