In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of modern software engineering, utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while building next-generation applications infused with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services. What You Will Do AI-Accelerated Engineering: Utilize modern AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude) to drastically accelerate code generation, debugging, refactoring, and automated testing workflows. GenAI Integration: Architect and embed advanced Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using top-tier LLM services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude). Backend & Cloud Architecture: Design robust backend services utilizing Java and Node.js. Deploy and manage highly scalable microservices across the AWS ecosystem (spanning Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, AppSync, and CloudWatch). Frontend Development: Craft responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular (strongly preferred), React, or Vue.js. API Design: Build and maintain secure, scalable data-fetching architectures utilizing RESTful APIs and GraphQL. DevOps & Agile Delivery: Actively engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (utilizing Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for technical documentation). Drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines backed by Git version control. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack software development. Tech Stack: Proven proficiency in Java, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue). Strong conceptual understanding of microservices architecture. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration with global stakeholders. Bonus Points (Highly Preferred): Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Holding active AWS Certifications (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate). Familiarity with advanced AI concepts like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI workflows.
