AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to design and develop AI-powered applications, LLM solutions, and intelligent reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI applications and bilingual (Arabic/English) AI reporting solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and prompt management.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise databases and applications.
• Implement AI security, RBAC, and row-level data access controls.
• Monitor AI performance, accuracy, logging, and costs.
• Ensure data privacy, residency compliance, and secure AI deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience, including 3+ years developing production LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud AI.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector search, and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Python and/or .NET (Semantic Kernel) and SQL.
• Experience with AI security, governance, and data protection.

Mandatory Certification

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
