The role involves building and deploying AI-powered applications, marketing automation solutions, intelligent workflows, chatbots, dashboards, and API integrations that improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AI & Generative AI Develop AI-powered applications, assistants, chatbots and intelligent workflows Work with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and AI Agents Implement NLP, OCR, transcription, translation and sentiment-analysis solutions Evaluate and optimise AI models, prompts and workflows for accuracy and performance Marketing AI & Automation Build AI solutions for lead generation, qualification, nurturing and customer engagement Automate marketing and business processes using AI and APIs Develop personalised communication and intelligent customer journeys Build AI-powered reporting, insights and recommendation systems Chatbots, WhatsApp & Voice AI Develop conversational AI solutions for websites and WhatsApp Integrate WhatsApp APIs with CRM and backend systems Work with Voice AI, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech and multilingual technologies Build and optimise automated customer communication workflows Full-Stack & Backend Development Develop web applications, dashboards, APIs and backend services Build scalable REST APIs and data-processing workflows Work with frontend technologies and databases Implement authentication, access control and secure application workflows API Integration & Automation Integrate CRM, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, AI platforms and other third-party APIs Build automated lead management, reporting, communication and operational workflows Develop reusable integrations and automation frameworks AI for Content, SEO & AEO Develop AI solutions for content creation, optimisation and summarisation Explore AI applications across SEO, AEO, content marketing and digital marketing Build scalable AI workflows for content and knowledge management TECHNICAL SKILLS Languages & Development: Python JavaScript / TypeScript Node.js React Express.js REST APIs AI & GenAI: OpenAI APIs LLMs Prompt Engineering RAG AI Agents Conversational AI NLP OCR Voice AI Databases & Data: MongoDB PostgreSQL SQLite Pandas Data Processing & Analytics Integrations: CRM APIs WhatsApp APIs Meta APIs Google APIs Payment APIs Third-Party SaaS APIs Infrastructure: Linux Nginx PM2 SSH VPS / Cloud Git Production Monitoring WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI, software development, automation or related fields Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, APIs and automation Good programming and backend development skills Strong understanding of databases, integrations and web technologies Ability to convert business and marketing requirements into technical solutions Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills Ability to independently manage projects from concept → development → deployment Passion for experimenting with and adopting emerging AI technologies Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills A business-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE You will be expected to help us: Build scalable AI-powered products and solutions Automate repetitive marketing and operational processes Improve lead management and customer engagement Increase efficiency, accuracy and productivity Develop reusable AI and automation frameworks Continuously identify new opportunities to apply AI Deliver reliable solutions within agreed timelines Location: [Mumbai Head Office] Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Marketing & Digital Technology Apply Now: jiya.mehta@parmarketing.agency If you are passionate about AI, automation and building real-world technology solutions — we’d love to hear from you.
