We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives, ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex delivery programs, and turning innovative ideas into scalable technology solutions. What You'll Do AI Solution Delivery & Implementation - Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into actionable implementation plans, delivery milestones, and build-ready work packages. - Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, technical leads, and data teams to define and deliver solution capabilities. - Manage solution backlogs, delivery schedules, release plans, and implementation roadmaps. Design, Build & Technical Coordination - Coordinate the development of AI and data-driven products, including workflows, dashboards, integrations, automation solutions, and analytics capabilities. - Track progress across architecture, data engineering, software development, security, infrastructure, and user experience teams. - Facilitate resolution of technical, integration, and delivery issues to ensure successful implementation. Testing, Integration & Deployment - Coordinate integration activities across enterprise applications, AI platforms, cloud services, and data ecosystems. - Oversee testing readiness, defect management, remediation activities, and solution acceptance. - Support release planning, deployment activities, migration efforts, and production go-live readiness. Governance & Stakeholder Management - Maintain project documentation, delivery plans, requirements traceability, release documentation, and operational handover materials. - Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and change requests. - Prepare executive updates, governance reports, and milestone status reports. - Ensure solution deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business expectations. What We're Looking For Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, operations management, or technology delivery. - Experience delivering technology, digital transformation, data, analytics, AI, or enterprise system implementation projects. - Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, delivery schedules, and project dependencies. - Strong experience in governance, executive reporting, delivery management, and stakeholder communications.
