Primary Objective:

-

Provide end-to-end leadership for the design, development, deployment, and adoption of Cai for HR and other strategic AAIHR initiatives by serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR partners, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-

Lead end-to-end delivery of Cai for HR and other AAIHR agent initiatives from intake through deployment.

Translate business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.

-

Manage backlog, release schedules, testing, deployment activities, and production readiness.

Coordinate across HR stakeholders, architects, developers, HR Technology, and T&P GTO teams.

-

Provide guidance on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, and agent solution design.

Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to Responsible AI, privacy, and security standards.

Monitor adoption, usage, and business value metrics while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Develop executive communications, roadmap updates, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement materials.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
