World Of Controls is a global supplier of GE Speedtronic turbine control system spares, Bently Nevada vibration monitoring system spares and related industrial automation products. We serve customers across international markets through our website, sales and technical teams.

We are looking for a self-driven AI & Business Automation Engineer to help us build the next generation of our digital and internal business systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical solutions, solving business problems and using AI and automation to improve the way an organization operates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Technology and Development

• Monitor and maintain WOC's website, ensuring availability, performance, security and functionality.
• Coordinate website enhancements, integrations, landing pages and technical improvements.
• Implement useful AI-enabled website features, including intelligent product search, enquiry assistance and customer support tools.
• Work with hosting providers and developers on staging, migration, backups, security and performance optimization.

1. CRM Development and Business Systems

• Design, develop, customize and maintain a CRM system suited to WOC's sales and business operations.
• Build modules for lead management, customer accounts, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order tracking and sales reporting.
• Integrate the CRM with the website, email and other approved business systems.
• Develop dashboards, notifications, workflow automation and reporting tools.
• Ensure data quality, user access controls, maintainability and system reliability.

1. AI and Workflow Automation

• Identify repetitive processes across sales, procurement, marketing, finance and administration.
• Develop AI-powered applications and workflow automations using Python, APIs, LLMs and automation platforms.
• Build tools for document processing, quotation support, email drafting, data extraction, internal knowledge search and reporting.
• Integrate AI into existing workflows with appropriate human review, security and access controls.
• Track automation effectiveness through measurable improvements in time, accuracy and productivity.

1. SEO and Digital Marketing Automation

• Collaborate with WOC's digital marketing team to automate technical SEO audits, keyword monitoring, content workflows and reporting.
• Develop AI-assisted processes for product content, technical articles, metadata and internal linking recommendations.
• Integrate analytics and search performance data into actionable dashboards.
• Ensure that AI-generated technical content is checked for factual accuracy before publication.

1. Internal Process Digitization

• Work with different departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop internal applications, dashboards, scripts and integrations to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Document solutions, train users and provide ongoing technical support.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals, preferably in Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and database concepts.
• Practical exposure to AI/LLM APIs, prompt design and AI-enabled application development.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make or Power Automate.
• Understanding of web technologies, databases and application deployment.
• Familiarity with Git, testing, debugging and basic application security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or customizing a CRM or business application.
• Knowledge of React, FastAPI, Django or similar frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Exposure to RAG, vector databases, AI agents or enterprise knowledge systems.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, Docker, CI/CD and website security.
• Experience working with B2B, industrial automation or technical product businesses.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
• 1+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• 1+ years of Software Development experience

Work Location - Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra, RAKEZ, UAE

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
