AI & Automation Manager

DRUIDS is looking for a practical AI & Automation Manager to improve how the business works. You’ll identify valuable opportunities, deliver AI and automation projects, and help teams adopt the systems.

Key responsibilities

• Find and prioritise automation opportunities across marketing, stock planning, customer experience, finance and product development.
• Build and improve the DRUIDS Business Control Centre and connect our systems and data.
• Lead developers and technical partners to deliver reliable, useful tools.
• Set appropriate standards for data quality, access, security and human review.
• Track adoption, time saved, accuracy and business impact.

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering AI, automation or software integration projects into live business use.
• Strong understanding of APIs, business data and tools such as LLMs and workflow automation platforms.
• Able to work with both technical teams and business leaders, from defining the problem through to launch.
• A track record of delivering solutions that staff actually use.
