This is more than a traditional assistant role. We want someone who is interested in AI, learns quickly, and can use technology to make business operations more efficient. Key Responsibilities Use all AI tools for research, analysis, documents, reports, and daily tasks. Research and implement new AI tools and automation to improve productivity. Assist with real estate research, property data, listings, market analysis, and CRM management . Support accounts and financial administration . Manage documents, emails, schedules, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business research. Assist with new AI and business projects as they develop. Proactively identify ways to save time, automate processes, and improve systems . Requirements Excellent English communication and writing skills. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and computer skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable with research and learning new software. Genuine interest in AI and technology . Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Previous experience in real estate, accounts, administration, or AI is an advantage. Ideal Candidate Someone who is smart, curious, organised, fast-learning, and solution-oriented — not just someone who waits for instructions. We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with the business and become highly skilled in AI, automation, real estate, and business operations.
