Junior AI Video Editor & Animation Content Creator

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically capable Junior AI Video Editor & Animation Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.

The role involves producing professional educational, business and animated videos using modern AI tools, video editing software and automated production techniques.

The successful candidate will work on two main types of video content:

1. Educational and Business Explainer Videos

Producing approximately 8–12-minute videos covering taxation, international business, finance and related educational subjects.

Videos will incorporate AI-generated images, animated graphics, charts, diagrams, text overlays, transitions and AI-generated voice narration.

Scripts and technical content will be supplied.

1. Cartoon and Animated Videos

Creating engaging cartoon-style videos using AI-generated characters, illustrations, backgrounds, animation tools and video editing software.

The role will involve maintaining visual consistency across characters and scenes, creating simple character movements and expressions, and synchronising animations with dialogue or narration.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert supplied scripts into engaging videos and visual storyboards.
• Generate images, illustrations, backgrounds and characters using AI tools.
• Create cartoon-style animated scenes and simple character animations.
• Produce educational explainer videos using animated graphics, charts and diagrams.
• Generate and edit AI voice narration, including authorised cloned voices.
• Synchronise voice narration, dialogue, music, captions and visual effects.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Use AI tools to improve video quality and reduce manual production time.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, characters and visual styles.
• Maintain consistent branding and professional presentation.
• Research and test new AI video-generation and animation tools.
• Deliver completed videos in formats suitable for YouTube, websites and social media.
• Organise and maintain editable project files and production assets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, animation, digital content creation or a related field.
• Practical experience using AI image-generation or video-generation tools.
• Good working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics, animated text and visual effects.
• Understanding of video timing, transitions, storytelling and audio synchronisation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with some of the following would be advantageous:

• AI video: Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Invideo AI or Pictory.
• AI images: Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, Leonardo AI or similar.
• AI voice: ElevenLabs or equivalent voice-generation tools.
• Animation: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Character Animator, Vyond, Animaker or similar.
• Automation: Familiarity with Make, n8n or other workflow automation tools.

Applicants are not expected to know every platform. Practical ability to learn and combine AI tools effectively is more important.
