At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track and Trace Operator for a third-party logistics company. Responsibilities : - Daily communication with drivers and customers - Notifying appropriate parties of any issues - Inputting updates into the system - Answering incoming calls from clients - Scheduling appointments - Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace - Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned Working conditions : - Working schedule: Fri-Sat-Sun 9 pm-6 am EST - Competitive Salary in USD - Remote mode of work - 10+ business days of paid time off - Team building and corporate events - Equipment provided - A supportive team Requirements - 1+ years of experience in the customer support field - TMS McLeod - English level - upper-intermediate or higher - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment - Expert knowledge of team members' roles and responsibilities - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, maintain cooperative effective working relationships within the company, and support a team environment - TMS McLeod - Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet department goals and deadlines - Must be punctual and have excellent attendance Highlights TMS McLeod Originally posted on Himalayas
