The role will be responsible for project delivery, Agile adoption, stakeholder management, risk management, and ensuring business objectives are achieved on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple Scrum/Agile teams and project workstreams. Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality . Drive adoption and adherence to Scrum and Agile practices across teams. Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and best practices. Track sprint/iteration progress, team performance, throughput, and overall project health. Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans. Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, costs, and change control. Work closely with senior management, business, IT, operations, vendors, and project sponsors. Provide regular project status updates, reporting, presentations, and escalations. Manage troubled projects/teams and drive them towards successful delivery. Coordinate distributed/multi-department teams and ensure effective collaboration. Support strategic decision-making and ensure technical delivery aligns with business value. Must-Have Requirements 8+ years of total IT experience . 5+ years of Scrum Master experience , including 2+ years in a senior role . Proven experience managing multiple Agile/Scrum teams . Experience with Agile transformations and complex projects . Professional Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 . Advanced Scrum certification such as A-CSM, PSM II, or equivalent . Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in Jira, Jira Plan, and Jira Dashboards . Strong project planning, resource management, budget, risk, and change management experience. Excellent stakeholder, vendor, leadership, and communication skills . Strong problem-solving and presentation skills. Experience working in distributed team environments . Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
