About the Opportunity

Brilliant Investment & Development Group is seeking a technically accomplished Agentic AI & Enterprise Knowledge Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and secure enterprise knowledge solutions.

The successful candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience building real AI applications—not merely using AI tools or creating basic chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready Agentic AI systems, AI agents, and controlled multi-agent workflows.
• Build enterprise RAG solutions capable of retrieving and analyzing approved company documents with verifiable source references.
• Implement document ingestion, text processing, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and hybrid search.
• Develop intelligent knowledge assistants for contracts, procurement, finance documentation, HR policies, and executive decision support.
• Integrate AI systems with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, approved company databases, and secure APIs.
• Develop tool-enabled AI agents with controlled execution, workflow states, checkpoints, and mandatory human approvals for sensitive actions.
• Apply role-based document permissions and prevent unauthorized access between group companies.
• Implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure retrieval relevance, answer reliability, citation accuracy, cost, and latency.
• Protect AI systems against prompt injection, confidential data leakage, unauthorized tool execution, and unsafe outputs.
• Maintain version-controlled code, deployment documentation, technical tests, monitoring, and recovery procedures.
• Work closely with the AI Product & Business Applications Lead to convert AI capabilities into usable business solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software or data engineering experience.
• Proven practical experience developing LLM applications and at least one complete end-to-end RAG project.
• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, SQL, document processing, embeddings, and vector or hybrid search.
• Practical experience with AI agents, tool calling, agent orchestration, and evaluation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of prompt-injection protection, access control, privacy, and secure retrieval architecture.
• Ability to demonstrate deployed projects, documented code, testing, monitoring, and failure-handling procedures.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• LangChain, LangGraph, and comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent LLM platforms.
• Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, or equivalent.
• Azure AI, Databricks, or other production AI platforms.
• Microsoft Graph, SharePoint ingestion, and enterprise document intelligence.
• Docker, cloud deployment, CI/CD, logging, and AI observability.
• Secure multi-agent architecture and governed enterprise workflows.
• Experience with n8n or workflow orchestration platforms is an advantage.

Selection Process
