They run on people who can see around corners, connect the dots, and keep complex work moving. We're looking for an Operations Manager who understands agency life and thrives at the center of it. This role sits at the intersection of Client Leadership, Strategy, Creative, Connected Experience, and Operations. You'll help create visibility across the agency, anticipate delivery risks before they become problems, coordinate teams toward shared outcomes, and help ensure the work moves forward. If you're the type of person who naturally sees bottlenecks before others do, enjoys bringing clarity to chaos, and follows through until things are resolved, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do - Maintain visibility across active and incoming work, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks across the agency. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly staffed, prioritized, and delivered. - Anticipate resource gaps, workload pressure, and delivery risks, then drive solutions before they become escalations. - Support agency-wide resource and capacity planning, including operational readiness. - Ensure important actions, decisions, and commitments are documented, monitored, and closed. - Help strengthen operating discipline, delivery processes, and ways of working across teams. - Coordinate major initiatives, capability rollouts, and operational transitions. - Surface issues early and provide thoughtful recommendations rather than simply raising concerns. - Partner with senior leaders to improve visibility, alignment, and execution across the agency. What We're Looking For - Experience in agency operations, account management, project management, resource management, business operations, or a related role. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Strong judgment and problem-solving ability. - Comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating competing priorities. - Excellent communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to influence without formal authority. Bonus Points If You Have - Experience in advertising, creative, digital, media, marketing, consulting, or professional services environments. - Exposure to resource management, capacity planning, or workflow optimization. - Experience helping teams adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working.
