About the Role Reporting to: Head of Agency Digital Platforms Location: Hochiminh City Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Digital Platforms Learning Outcomes Support the Agency Digital Platforms team in day-to-day digital initiatives, project coordination, testing, reporting, and platform improvement activities while gaining practical experience in digital transformation Description - Assist in gathering requirements, documenting meeting notes, and following up action items - Support UAT testing, issue tracking, and feedback consolidation - Support user engagement, training, and communication activities for the digital GTM activities - Prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates - Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, content preparation, and analysis - Conduct research on digital trends, AI applications, and best practices - Perform ad-hoc tasks to support project delivery Qualifications Skill - Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Information Systems, Digital Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields - Comfortable using Microsoft Office - Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, content creation, analysis, and productivity - Basic understanding of digital products, mobile apps, user experience, or business processes is a plus Will - Fast learner with a growth mindset - Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership - Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies Thrill - Passionate about digital products, platforms, AI, and innovation - Excited to turn ideas into digital solutions that create business impact - Enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic environment Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
