• Drive agency recruitment, activation, productivity, and business expansion.
• Coach and mentor Unit Managers to strengthen leadership and sales capabilities.
• Develop strategies to improve unit performance and achieve business targets.
• Identify opportunities for agency expansion and sustainable business growth.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Insurance or Non-Life Insurance industry.
• Proven experience handling Units, Unit Managers, and sales teams.
• Strong background in agency development, sales management, recruitment, and business performance.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and business development capabilities.
• Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to develop people and grow the business.
