The role focuses on sourcing creators, managing campaigns, monitoring performance, and growing the company’s affiliate and creator network. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliates. - Develop and execute affiliate and creator marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals. - Coordinate campaign briefs, product seeding, content requirements, posting schedules, and deliverables. - Negotiate rates, commissions, and partnership terms with creators when needed. - Monitor affiliate sales, creator performance, engagement, conversion, and ROI. - Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports. - Identify high-performing creators and develop long-term partnerships with them. - Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Live, and Creative teams for campaign execution. - Stay updated on creator trends, social media platforms, and affiliate marketing strategies. - Ensure that creator content and campaigns follow brand guidelines. - Help develop strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue and creator-driven sales. - Manage creator databases, campaign trackers, and partnership records.
