You will play a key role in business development, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence within the aesthetic industry. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products Conduct consultations to educate clients on procedures, skincare regimens, and product benefits, ensuring transparency and confidence in every interaction Drive sales through effective lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities within assigned territories or markets Manage client accounts with personalized service, building strong relationships that promote loyalty and repeat business Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and territory performance Develop strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand brand awareness in target markets Close sales confidently by negotiating terms that satisfy both client needs and company objectives, ensuring high deal closure rates Skills Proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or healthcare-related product or service sales with a focus on aesthetics or wellness industries Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships from prospecting through deal closing Expertise in territory management, inside sales, outside sales, and remote sales environments Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) support Excellent customer service skills coupled with negotiation prowess to maximize deal value while maintaining client satisfaction Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies; adept at upselling additional services or products Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and customer feedback for continuous improvement Effective communication skills for client consultations, team collaboration, and cross-departmental coordination Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within competitive environments; experience with deal closing and customer relationship building is essential Join us as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to inspire confidence in our clients while driving business growth!
