The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies, with the ability to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, designers, architects, and clients to design and implement AEM-based websites and digital solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, client libraries, and workflows . Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for AEM-powered websites and applications. Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern front-end technologies. Work with AEM technologies including HTL/Sightly, Sling, JCR, CRX, and OSGi . Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Integrate AEM applications with third-party systems, APIs, and external services . Participate in technical discussions, requirement gathering, solution design, and code reviews. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize front-end performance. Follow development standards, best practices, and established CI/CD processes. Contribute to Agile development activities and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in front-end development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Hands-on experience developing AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries . Good understanding of AEM architecture and technologies , including Sling, JCR, CRX, and OSGi. Experience with HTL/Sightly and AEM authoring concepts. Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations . Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies . Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service / AEM Cloud . Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular . Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products. Experience working in an Adobe consulting or client-facing environment . Adobe certifications are a plus.
