Key Responsibilities - Generate new business leads and develop a strong sales pipeline. - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients. - Conduct daily prospecting calls and arrange client meetings. - Sell advertising solutions across OOH/DOOH, print, digital media, PR and related advertising opportunities . - Understand client objectives and prepare relevant proposals, presentations and commercial solutions. - Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE advertising and media landscape. - Identify new brands, industries and decision-makers for business development. - Prepare professional presentations, quotations and sales reports. - Use modern productivity and AI tools to improve prospecting, research and presentations. Candidate Requirements - Previous UAE advertising/media sales experience is essential. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. - Experience in OOH/DOOH, print, digital advertising, media or public relations preferred. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Strong presentation, negotiation and client-management skills. - Valid UAE driving licence. - Good working knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/presentation tools . - Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with daily calls, meetings and new-business development. - Existing relationships within the UAE advertising/marketing industry would be an advantage. Compensation AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 per month , depending on experience and proven sales performance, plus monthly sales commissions .
