The Next Rodeo is looking for an experienced advertising or marketing professional to grow our agency business in Greater Cleveland. You’ll develop new accounts, lead client conversations, and work with our strategy, creative, and media teams to build campaigns that help clients grow.

This role could be a fit if you own a small agency, run an independent marketing practice, or have a track record of selling agency services. You’ll have a steady base salary, the opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses, and a team to support the work you sell. What you’ll do

• Develop new agency business across Greater Cleveland.
• Lead discovery meetings, present recommendations, and close new accounts.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Partner with our strategy, creative, and digital teams from proposal through campaign delivery.

What we’re looking for

• A track record of winning and growing advertising or marketing accounts.
• Experience in agency ownership, agency sales, or independent marketing consulting.
• The ability to talk with business owners and marketing leaders about their goals, budgets, and results.
• Established relationships in Northeast Ohio are a plus.
