The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, building strong business relationships, and offering print and digital advertising solutions to businesses looking to connect with the Hispanic community. Responsibilities: Prospect and contact new clients. Visit businesses and present our advertising opportunities. Build strong relationships with community business owners. Follow up with potential clients and close sales. Meet established sales goals. Requirements: Experience in sales, advertising, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, perseverance, and desire to grow. Spanish fluency required (basic/intermediate English is a plus). Knowledge of the Hispanic community in NY/NJ. We Offer: Base salary + commissions. Paid training and sales support.
