Our company continues to grow each year as we help meet the increasing demand for affordable housing solutions, including ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) and manufactured homes. With the Bay Area housing market expanding rapidly, ADU and backyard home solutions are in high demand. Our San Jose location is our fastest-growing site, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Home Consultants / Real Estate Agents. We provide training, support, and clients to help you succeed in new home sales. We currently operate in multiple locations across California including: San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Cruz, Hayward, Sacramento, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Nipomo, Fountain Valley, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chula Vista, and Vista. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell manufactured homes and ADU housing solutions Engage prospective buyers through phone calls, email, online marketing, and in-person meetings Welcome and assist visitors at the model home display center Demonstrate model homes and explain features, benefits, and pricing Help buyers identify homes and properties that meet their needs Coordinate with escrow companies, loan officers, inspectors, and other professionals during the sales process Host open houses and participate in marketing and networking events Open and close model homes daily Provide exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process Assist buyers with decision-making and purchase transactions Qualifications Real Estate License required (we can help you obtain one) At least 18 years old Basic computer skills and internet proficiency Ability to work weekends Customer service or sales experience preferred Willingness to commute or relocate to the San Jose area Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Personal Traits We Value Outgoing and personable Strong communicator Professional and polished Honest and dependable Motivated and hardworking Team-oriented Passion for helping people find housing solutions Work Environment Comfortable indoor office with central air and heat Walking short distances between model homes Interaction with customers at display centers and in the field Regular use of phones and computers Benefits Flexible schedule Training and mentorship Opportunity for career growth Access to clients and leads How to Apply Please apply through Indeed and send your resume to: Cindy Su – VP / HR Apply via Indeed email Direct: (408) 316-9854 Initial interviews are typically conducted via Zoom.
