Our focus is on creating a warm, supportive environment where our residents can thrive. We are seeking a dedicated Director of Sales to join our team to help with our expansion and lead the way in helping families find the right care for their loved ones. Job Summary: As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving occupancy by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for our assisted living community. Working closely with the owners, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective residents and their families, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the process. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to meet and exceed occupancy goals. Lead hands-on sales efforts, including tours, phone inquiries, and community outreach. Monitor progress against quarterly sales and marketing goals, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve results. Lead Generation & Follow-up: Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and their families, identifying their needs and presenting our community as the best solution. Conduct effective follow-up activities to build and nurture trusting relationships with prospects. Generate new leads through outreach, professional referrals, and community engagement. Community Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and other resources that can offer referrals and support to our prospects. Represent Two Hearts Care at community events to enhance our presence and promote our services. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to maximize opportunities for resident and family referrals. Ensure effective communication with residents’ families regarding their loved ones' well-being and care. Team Support & Development: Provide coaching and training to staff to help them identify opportunities for referrals and enhance their sales skills. Collaborate with regional sales teams to share best practices and develop creative sales programs. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry. Demonstrated success in achieving high occupancy rates and closing sales. Skills & Abilities: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement effective sales initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse clientele. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Proficiency in Goolge Docs, Drive, etc... Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits. Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Experience: Assisted living: 1 year (Required) Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
