Position Overview Perez Mayoral, P.A. is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Recruiting to support the continued growth and expansion of our firm. Reporting to the Assistant Office Manager, this position will primarily coordinate recruiting across our existing and future office locations. The ideal candidate has recruiting experience and is organized, professional, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously. Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals is strongly preferred, and prior law firm experience is a plus. This is a full-time, primarily in-person position in our Coral Gables office, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after successfully completing the first 90 days of employment. Perez Mayoral, P.A. is a rapidly growing law firm representing homeowners, property owners, and businesses in condominium and homeowners association disputes, real estate litigation, and business and commercial litigation. Headquartered in the Miami/Coral Gables area, we opened our Tampa office in 2025 and expanded into Orlando, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers in 2026. We anticipate opening additional Florida locations in the near future, followed by expansion into new markets outside Florida as early as 2027. As our firm continues to grow, recruiting talented attorneys, paralegals, legal support professionals, and administrative team members will be an important part of our continued expansion. Recruiting Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal support staff, and administrative positions across multiple offices. Post and maintain job openings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Review applications, screen candidates, and identify those who meet position requirements. Source candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring interviewers have the virtual meeting link or a printed copy of the candidate’s application materials, as applicable. Maintain organized candidate pipelines, recruiting records, job postings, and related materials. Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep open positions moving. Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and new-hire onboarding. Support recruiting for new office openings and expansion into new markets. Additional Administrative Support Provide administrative support to office management as needed. Assist with internal events, including birthdays, celebrations, and trainings. Assist with scheduling and logistics for internal meetings and trainings. Support other office projects and administrative needs as assigned. Qualifications Prior recruiting or recruiting coordination experience preferred. Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals strongly preferred. Prior law firm experience is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. Professional and comfortable communicating with candidates, attorneys, and management. Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience with Indeed or other recruiting platforms preferred.
