# Administration Manager **MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy** · Dasmariñas · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Administration Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and continuous improvement of the Academy's facilities, properties, infrastructure systems, administrative support services, health, safety, security, environmental compliance, clinic operations, and human resource functions. The position serves as the Academy's lead authority for facilities and infrastructure management, ensuring that all buildings, utilities, maritime training facilities, dormitories, offices, roads, grounds, network infrastructure, and critical support systems are safe, reliable, compliant, and capable of supporting the Academy's educational and operational objectives. The Administration Manager shall oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of construction, renovation, repair, maintenance, and capital improvement projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Facilities and Property Management (Primary Function) · Lead the management, maintenance, operation, and optimization of all Academy facilities, buildings, utilities, grounds, training facilities, dormitories, offices, and support infrastructure. · Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. · Establish long-term facility asset management and lifecycle replacement plans. · Conduct facility condition assessments and recommend capital projects and asset improvement initiatives. · Monitor electrical, civil, plumbing, mechanical, and utility systems. · Ensure facilities remain operational, safe, secure, and aligned with Academy requirements. · Develop space utilization and campus improvement plans. · Manage facility operating and capital expenditure budgets. Infrastructure Systems and Technology Support · Oversee the Academy's infrastructure systems including internet connectivity, network systems, communication systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and related technology infrastructure. · Ensure continuous availability and reliability of internet and network services. · Coordinate with service providers and contractors regarding telecommunications and systems support requirements. · Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical infrastructure systems. Monitor service performance and establish service level standards. Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Management · Lead the Academy's HSSE program and compliance initiatives. · Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, BFP, LGU, MARINA, CHED, and other applicable regulations. · Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity programs. · Oversee security operations and campus safety measures. · Monitor incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation activities. Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. Medical and Clinic Services Management · Supervise Academy clinic operations and medical service providers. · Ensure adequate healthcare support for employees, cadets, students, and visitors. · Monitor compliance with occupational health standards and medical requirements. Coordinate health promotion programs and emergency medical response initiatives. Budget, Procurement and Vendor Management · Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for all administrative functions. · Oversee procurement planning for facilities, infrastructure, systems, security, and administrative requirements. · Evaluate and monitor suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers. · Establish performance standards and service level requirements. Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities. Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation Support · Ensure compliance with MARINA, CHED, DOLE, DENR, BFP, DNV, LGU, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. · Support internal and external audits and accreditation activities. · Maintain permits, licenses, certifications, inspection records, and compliance documentation. Represent the Academy during regulatory inspections and compliance reviews. People Management and Team Leadership · Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and guidance to the supervised positions. · Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and development plans. · Conduct performance planning, coaching, evaluation, and performance reviews. · Identify competency gaps and training requirements. · Develop succession plans and cross-functional competency development programs. · Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the department. · Manage workload allocation and ensure achievement of departmental objectives. Education and/or Certifications/ Licenses · Licensed Engineer. · Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field. · Safety Officer Certification. · Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent. · Facilities Management or Property Management Certification. Years of Work Experience and/or Industry Experience · Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in facilities management, property management, or infrastructure management. · Minimum of five (5) years in a managerial or leadership role. · Demonstrated experience managing large facilities, campus environments, industrial sites, educational institutions, or similar operations. · Proven experience in construction, renovation, infrastructure development, or project management.
