ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Position: Administration Manager Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s overall administrative functions and office operations to support business objectives and operational efficiency. Develop, implement and review administrative policies, procedures and internal control processes. Plan and manage administrative resources, budgets, office facilities, equipment and service providers. Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, including work allocation, performance monitoring and staff development. Coordinate across departments to identify operational requirements and implement improvements to administrative workflows and processes. Prepare management reports, operational reports, budgets, presentations and business documentation for management review. Manage contracts, corporate records, licences, insurance policies and other key administrative documentation. Oversee procurement and vendor management, including evaluation of suppliers, quotation reviews, negotiations and service performance. Support management in manpower planning, recruitment administration, employee onboarding and other HR-related administrative functions. Liaise with government agencies, external service providers, clients and business partners on administrative and operational matters. Monitor administrative expenditure and recommend cost-control and productivity improvement measures. Ensure administrative operations comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in management discussions and provide recommendations on administrative planning, resource allocation and operational improvements. Undertake other managerial and operational responsibilities as assigned by senior management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations or corporate support functions, including supervisory or managerial experience. Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and improve administrative processes and operational procedures. Good analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
