Key Responsibilities:

1.Overall daily operation of 3000-worker labour camp, lead all camp teams and implement operation plans& budget.

2.Ensure compliance with UAE& Dubai labour accommodation, fire‑safety and environmental rules; coordinate with local authorities and complete inspection& filing work.

3.Manage 24-hour duty and emergency response; handle fire, medical, public-health and mass incidents to avoid major accidents.

4.Lead in-house and outsourced staff, arrange shifts, conduct performance appraisal and optimize manpower allocation.

5.Control operating costs; supervise procurement, inventory& performance of third-party service vendors.

6.Manage dormitories, medical station and public facilities; handle labour complaints; coordinate with project and subcontractors for worker check-in& check-out.

7.Keep complete operation records and monitor core KPIs.

Job Qualifications:

1.Chinese nationality; Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, HSE, Facility Management or related majors.

2.Minimum 5-year labour-camp management experience in Middle East;UAE experience and 2000+ worker-camp experience preferred; Chinese EPC project background is plus.

3.Familiar with UAE local labour, fire-safety and environmental regulatory requirement.

4.Solid HSE awareness and emergency management capability.

5.Good leadership for multi-national staff and external vendors.

6.Strong cost-control awareness.

7.Fluent working English; Chinese speaker preferred;basic Arabic advantageous.

8.Good communication skills,able to reside on-site and respond to off-hour emergencis.

9.UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
