Manage the Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents. Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the Manager. Maintain proper filing, documentation, and confidential records. Assist with client-related administrative matters and document processing. Support the Manager in coordinating team activities, events, and meetings. Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Someone who has Finacial advisor PA experience prefer Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive will be an advantage. Good organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
