Role Overview Initially, you will focus on sourcing candidates , posting jobs , and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) . Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment . Your responsibilities will be split into two categories: 1. Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients) - Sourcing & Screening: Identify and shortlist candidates for job openings. - Job Posting: Post jobs on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS . - ATS Management: Update candidate profiles and track recruitment progress. - Candidate Engagement: Conduct pre-screening interviews , send assessments, and coordinate final interviews. - Profile Optimization: Improve candidates CVs and job board profiles. - Recruitment Process Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience. 2. Executive Career Coaching Services (For Executives & Job Seekers) - CV Writing & Editing: Format, edit, and enhance CVs using Microsoft Word . - Job Board Profile Management: Create and optimize executive job board profiles. - Job Applications: Assist executives by applying for jobs on their behalf. - Executive Support: Work closely with our executive clients to improve their marketability. Candidate Requirements - Entry-level to junior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred. - Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing . - Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn. - Good written and spoken English communication skills . - Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. - Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter . - Your own laptop/computer and stable internet connection .
