Your role in our mission

-

Work independently to review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data, including building database queries, exporting data, and filtering information for secure delivery. Data supplied may be used for audits and/or investigations of provider billing practices.

Analyze, plan, design, document, and make recommendations to improve business processes that support the client's technological objectives.

Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.

Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design.

Perform other administrative duties related to Medi-Cal litigation support activities, including supplying claims data reports in response to subpoenas.

What we're looking for

Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix.

Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance, provider support, IT, or operations.

What you should expect in this role

This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in the Greater Sacramento, California area .

Occasional onsite attendance may be required for meetings, special training, or other business needs at our West Sacramento office.

This is a pipeline requisition intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for anticipated future opportunities.

The pay range for this position is $59,500 - $85,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
