The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in accounts, is comfortable working in Excel and Tally, and can manage a small team while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations –overview of bookkeeping, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports Handle statutory compliances – GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings applicable to fintech NBFCs Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures Coordinate with auditors (internal/statutory) and support audit requirements Maintain accuracy of accounts in Tally and Excel-based reporting systems Monitor cash flow, payments, and receivables Supervise and guide junior accounts staff/team members Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners and internal departments for financial matters Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities Required Qualifications & Experience: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter/IPCC) – preferred Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience Prior experience in Banking or NBFC sector strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting) Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software Good understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance Key Skills: Strong communication skills (written & verbal) People management / team supervision experience Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and multitask Problem-solving and analytical mindset Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
