IMPORTANT: Experience in manufacturing industries and practical knowledge of Odoo ERP are MANDATORY. Candidates without manufacturing industry experience or Odoo handling experience are requested NOT TO APPLY . Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee all daily accounting and financial operations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Handle cost accounting, product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing-related financial transactions. - Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and cost-control procedures. - Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. - Handle Odoo ERP accounting functions, including entries, reporting, inventory integration, and financial transactions. - Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and management to ensure accurate costing and financial records. - Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable accounting standards. - Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare the required financial documentation. - Supervise the accounting team and improve financial processes and internal controls. Mandatory Requirements - 8–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience. - Proven experience working in a manufacturing industry is compulsory. - Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP is compulsory. - Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and product costing. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Good knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, and accounting standards. - Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. - Previous UAE experience is highly preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
