Account Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to manage and develop key client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market activities.
• Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
