Accounts Manager Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, payroll-related compliance, financial reporting, and team management. Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Supervise and review Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Manage sales, purchase, and service invoicing. Monitor receipts, payments, bank transactions, and cash flow. Perform and review bank reconciliations. Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management summaries. Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate collection follow-ups. Review bills, vouchers, invoices, and accounting entries for accuracy. Manage vendor payments and maintain supplier accounts. Coordinate with HR for payroll and employee-related financial activities. Maintain accurate financial records using Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel . Support internal and external audits and provide required financial documents. Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls. Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely work. Coordinate with Management, HR, Operations, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters. Requirements B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or relevant qualification. 4–8 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS . Good understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting. Experience in managing AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
