You will be assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including sales and purchase transactions, invoices, payments, expenses and general accounting administration. Responsibilities Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping entries Record vehicle sales, purchases, expenses and payments Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and related documents Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Check and verify invoices and supporting documents Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances Process supplier and company payments Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly accounts closing Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation Keep proper records for vehicle purchases and sales Assist with payroll and statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks and other parties when required Assist the management team with basic financial reports and administrative tasks Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required Requirements SPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is an advantage Basic knowledge of accounting principles Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Good attention to detail and accuracy Well-organized, responsible and able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to handle confidential financial information Experience in the automotive or car dealership industry is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and willing to learn, with good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
