Review billing data for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Perform costing analysis to determine the cost of goods sold, analyse cost variances, and provide insights to improve cost efficiency. Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection of payments. Prepare and analyse ledger reconciliation statements. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, expense tracking, and general ledger maintenance.
