Job Summary Manage full sets of accounts and tax-related tasks for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing tax advisory to optimize savings. Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts for local and overseas clients to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform data entry and prepare monthly and yearly accounting records, reconciliations, and schedules for month-end and year-end closing. Prepare quarterly GST accounts for submission to IRAS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Compile audit schedules and respond to auditor queries to facilitate smooth audit processes. Prepare annual tax computations for clients to meet statutory requirements. Provide simple tax advisory services to clients aimed at optimizing tax savings. Compile unaudited financial reports to support client financial transparency Required competencies and certifications Hold a relevant certification in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero and familiarity with other accounting software to enhance accounting efficiency. Exhibit strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, to support documentation and data analysis. Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to effectively serve diverse client needs. Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Display responsibility and meticulousness in ensuring timely and accurate accounting records. Collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
