Prepare monthly financial reports, assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Oversee cash flow, banking transactions and support budgeting and forecasting. Handle office administration, procurement and vendor management. Maintain company records, contracts and filing systems. Support HR functions such as leave administration and staff claims. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities when required. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in shipping, bunkering, or maritime industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently. Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to take initiative. Knowledge of Singapore maritime regulations and shipping documentation is an advantage. Mondoil Ship Management Pte.
