Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting professional with a strong legal background to join our fast-paced dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have QUICKBOOKS ONLINE experience and is well versed in A/P management, vendor relations/communications, and possess expertise in contracts and legal frameworks . This role offers an exciting opportunity in “hedge fund like” environment and ability to contribute to our financial operations by ensuring adherence to legal standards, enhancing financial strategies, and supporting risk management initiatives within a growing organization. Duties - Maintain QUICKBOOKS ONLINE accounting - Cashflow management via A/P, A/R and cash budgeting - Organize and create legal obligations including NDA, SOPs, Customer and vendor contracts - Handles A/P via vendor written and verbal communcation - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Negotiate with Vendors and customers - Understanding of basic bookkeeping activities including credit memos, POs, invoicing GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and other regulatory requirements pertinent to financial reporting and corporate governance. - Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports, financial statements, and disclosures with accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and implement contracts related to financial services, investment management, and banking operations. - Negotiate with large pharma cos on royalties of pharma assets - Support internal controls development, including technical accounting procedures for complex transactions and governmental accounting standards. - Utilize advanced financial software tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency. - Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analysis with precision and clarity. - Excellent communication skills for articulating complex legal and financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders. SKILLS NEEDED: * Thorough understanding of QUICKBOOKS ONLINE * Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Teams etc. * Legal contractual background * Highly organized Join our team as we leverage legal expertise combined with robust financial acumen to uphold the highest standards of integrity, qcompliance, and strategic growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
