# Accounting Supervisor **Shinagawa Healthcare Solutions Corporation** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 26 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent - Preferably a Certified Public Accountant Preferably with Supervisory specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. - Well-verse in Payroll management and tax filing. - With excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft applications. - Good computer skills (excel, databases and financial software) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the Accounting Department together with the Sr. Accounting Manager & CFO - Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports (monthly and quarterly) to the management. - Analyze and investigate the balance sheet and income statement accounts for any unusual balances and prepare adjustments to correct it. - Posting of journal vouchers in the accounting software. - Review and record entries in the vouchers and ensure it is in accordance with policy (supporting documents and approvals) of the company. - Reviews and check all the monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns (Withholding Tax Expanded and Compensation, Excise Tax and Value Added Tax) prepared by accounting assistants. - Prepare the quarterly income tax returns. - Handle the BIR audit with regards to contesting their unusual / unfounded audit findings. - Reply to all queries and prepare report schedules and reconciliation that Japan IPS will require. - Responsible person with regards to quarterly audit review and annual audit conducted by external auditors. - Prepares monthly bank reconciliation (major bank), lapsing schedules (PPE) and inventory reconciliation. - Supervision and coaching of accounting supervisors and assistants. Conduct annual performance review. - Ensures that all rules and regulations, policies and practices on Finance matters are properly implemented. - Other tasks that Management and Japan IPS may assign from time to time relevant to the job position.
