# Accounting Supervisor **Riverstar Food Corporation** · Marikina · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting processes Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and supervise an accounting team effectively Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records Review and analyze financial reports, transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records Monitor company spending and assist in budget preparation and financial planning Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team to ensure quality and timely output Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management's decision-making Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and other departments regarding accounting and financial matters Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned by management Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Free parking Opportunities for promotion Work Location: In person
