He/she shall be responsible to managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax laws. Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate annual report. Review budget reports and assist other departments to prepare annual budget. Meet financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, perform account reconciliations, and implementing of corrective actions. Participate in tax audits and payroll. Qualifications: Preferably Certified Public Accountant Proven work experience in a supervisory capacity from industrial engineering and/or manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge in bookkeeping and Accounting principles, laws, and regulations. Knowledgeable with BIR requirements; knowledge with PEZA requirements is an advantage but not highly required. With excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large database. Computer proficient particularly MS Excel, knowledge in Accounting systems like Quickbooks Enterprise is an advantage. Possess high level of integrity and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
