Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field · CPA is an advantage but not required · Familiarity with eFPS and eBIRForms · At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role · Experience in manufacturing or construction industry is preferred · Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and compliance · Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel · Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills · High level of accuracy and attention to detai Job Summary The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting operations of Bangkapro Aquatics. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient management of accounting processes related to manufacturing operations, including cost accounting for fiberglass boat production. Key Responsibilities · Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll · Oversee and ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for Management · Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements · Ensure compliance with government statutory requirements (BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies) · Handle tax filings, returns, and related documentation in coordination with external auditors or consultants · Manage cost accounting processes, including monitoring of raw materials, labor, and overhead costs related to fiberglass boat manufacturing · Conduct regular financial analysis to support business decisions and operational efficiency · Supervise, guide, and evaluate accounting staff performance · Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting · Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits · Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records · Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures · Submit reportorial requirements as required by Management Qualified applicants may report personally to the address below or send their comprehensive CV to the email addresses provided below.
